Twelve Tidbits: Nine

Twelve Tidbits: Nine

Music.

Turn it on.

Download it from itunes.

Stick it on your iPod.

Music helps to make the everyday task a little easier to manage.

Music can get you through.

Music can give you that extra jolt of energy.

Music can make you do a funny dance while your children watch.

And you are a superstar.

For a minute anyway.

Until you see your children imitate the same dance move you just jigged.

And you see how silly that "cool move"  really looks.

But who cares.

You are happy and dancing.

Your children are laughing and dancing.

Life is good.

I was asking the girls on the beach trip some good music.

"How do you always know the up and coming or best songs right now?"

That's easy enough.

I'm on it.

If you want to know what everyone around the world is listening to, hop on over to Billboard Top 100.

You can also look on the Ranked List on iTunes to see what songs are getting the most attention.

(You must download iTunes onto your computer....or all you cool iPhone folks...it is on your phone)

Here are the top 10 songs on Billboard Top 100 as of today:

10.  Stereo Hearts by Gym Class Heroes Featuring  Adam Levine
9. Give Me Everything by Pitull Featuring Ne-Yo and some other kids
8. Good Life by OneRepublic
7.  How to Love by Lil Wayne
6.  Super Bass by Nicki Minaj
5.  Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) by Katy Perry
4.  Lighters by Bad Meets Evil Featuring Bruno Mars
3.  Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People
2.  Party Rock Anthem by FMFAO
1.  Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5 Featuring Christina Aguilera

However, some of my favorites right now are:

You and I by Lady Gaga
Just a Kiss by Lady Antebellum
Anything Adele
Anything JLo...Did she get her groove back or WHAT?
And if I'm honest
anything
Techno, Brian Adams and Country Tear Jerkers.

(If you have ever had a CD that I have made you, I apologize.

You might start with Bette Midler, Jump to a Little 1998ish JaRule, then skip on over to Little Big Town, topped off with Paula Abdul and end on a Strawberry Wine note.

That's just how I roll.)

SO Tidbit for today is make music the background of your life.

It will make washing dishes extra special with a dance at the sink.

Could make cleaning up a little more fun with a jig in between picking up old play dough and dump trucks.

Might make fixing that 14th "Chockit MEEELK" a little bit happier.
(a.k.a. chocolate milk)

Will absolutely brighten your day!

Jam on!

Whatever moves you...

Just Jam On!
