Twelve Tidbits: Eleven

Twelve Tidbits:  Eleven

As we are coming to a close of our Twelve Tidbits, the tidbits are getting simpler.

But possibly, more profound.

This tidbit was the most profound on the trip for me.

Ready for it.

Here goes:

Pray.

yip.

Simple.

Yet so profound.

We all have important things going on in our life:

babies on the way (not me...Jeanine and Eric :), jobs, families, christian walks and so much more.

We all found ourselves expressing our fears, worries, struggles with one another.

Because that is what good friends do.

Pick up right where you left off.

Even if it was two or three years ago.

Laugh.

A LOT.

Cry.

A little.

Giggle like school girls.

Say things you know you can only say with your nearest and dearest.

Express your concerns in your own life.

As we were discussing our individual struggles and worries...

Jeanine so profoundly said,

"Well, have you really been praying about it?"
"Honestly and embarrassing enough, no."

J: "I promise you if you really pray about it, it will work out.  Somehow."

So simple.

Pray.

Yet.

So profound.

Just take a minute and pray.

Get centered.

Pray.

Get grounded.

Pray.

Between my lack of water consumption and the lack of prayer in my life...tidbit 10 and 11 are really making me feel inadequate...but inspired to do better!
